How we run it
We'd rather own a few homes and keep them right than own a lot of them and keep you on hold.
Matthew lives in Hamburg and fixes things himself. A dripping faucet is a Tuesday, not a ticket number.
Furnaces checked every fall and pipes protected before the first real storm, so February stays boring.
